2015
Everything changed overnight
After losing my parents in a car crash, I spiraled into daily panic attacks. I couldn't even go to the grocery store any longer and I had no idea what was happening to me.
2016–2022
The long, lonely search
I tried therapy, meditation, supplements, NLP, cold showers, breathing techniques... you name it. Nothing stuck. I felt broken and envious of people around me who were having fun and making (career) progress.
2022
A radical shift
I hit a breaking point and started looking for people who had gone through this and recovered, and decided to learn from them. I realized that I wasn't broken - I was stuck in a pattern, and I had to learn how to change that pattern.
2023
Recovery turned into a mission
Within months I overcame my anxiety 'disorder', and I couldn’t keep it to myself. I started Anxiety Wave to help others find what I never could: a step by step, and most importantly practical, method to anxiety recovery.
2024 – Today
The ripple effect
Over 2,000 people have now joined the method. From panic to plane rides. From isolation to impact. And from reactivity to responsibility. They’ve learned to trust themselves and their bodies again, and to live life on their own terms.
I coach because no one should spend years stuck in fear like I did. No one should feel alone and hopeless when there is a clear path out.

I am still amazed, and slightly frustrated, by how much well-intended but bad advice circulates, even from professionals.
Watching someone move from housebound to hiking again, from daily panic to deep peace, is the most meaningful work I can imagine. I am forever grateful that my darkest chapter now lights the way for others.
