I've tried everything! Will this work?

Have you really tried everything? Or have you tried methods taught by people who haven’t gone through anxiety themselves? Methods that are focussed on quickly ‘getting rid’ of anxiety instead of solving the core of the problem?

Chances are you haven’t tried a method that teaches you how to deal with anxiety in the right way, the right order and practically. Because this method doesn't teach your nervous system that you're in danger and it's right for giving you all these symptoms. Instead, it teaches your nervous system that you're safe, you can handle this, and you don't need anything else outside of yourself.

Will anxiety get worse if I participate?

No! The confusion of what to do and what not to do is what makes anxiety worse.

Do I have to believe in exposure for this to work?

Nope. You don’t need to believe in exposure, you just need to understand what it does and be willing to practice it the right way.

Most people feel skeptical or even terrified of exposure at first. That’s why we don’t just throw you into it. We teach you how and why it works so it stops feeling like torture and starts feeling like progress.

True exposure isn't about just facing your fears and potentially getting traumatized - or shrinking your world even further. It's first learning how to deal with anxiety, and then slowly practice that in real life.

You’ll see the change as your brain stops reacting with fear. That’s when belief tends to follow.

Will this program help with OCD and intrusive thoughts?

Yes. Many participants join with OCD-type obsessions and intrusive thoughts. These thoughts are simply one way anxiety shows up; compulsions are attempts to avoid the discomfort, and that avoidance keeps the anxiety cycle running.

Inside the program I break the cycle down step by step and show you exactly how to respond in a new, calmer way. When your response changes, the nervous system settles, the thoughts lose their grip, and they fade on their own.

The same principles work whether anxiety appears as intrusive images, physical sensations, or full panic.

Will I lose access if I cancel my payment plan?

For Kickstart Your Recovery, there’s no payment plan. It’s a one-time payment, and you get lifetime access right away.

For The Answer to Anxiety, you can use a 4-month payment plan to spread the cost.

To keep lifetime access, all four payments must be completed. If the plan is canceled early, access will be paused.

Can I repeat the program?

Absolutely. All programs come with lifetime access, so you can revisit the material as often as you like.
